The job w�uld consist of cleaning the pipes from the lawer basement area out to the basins arid would take about one week working five ten hour days. We wc�uld need the basins on the east side of the building and the pipe inside the building drained. We would need to have a lock out policy used on the valves pertaining to our job. Attached is our oompany lock out policy. The lines w�ould be cleaned by a hydro blaster using 12,500 PSI machine cleaning lime and sludge o�t of the lines. We would also use a vacuum truck to keep the sludge cleaned up as we are hydro blasting. Any material w�e vacuLun up would be dumped on site. FYom time to t.ime, w�e wnuld have one of our employees check the lines for the lime being removed fran the hydro blasting. This is with the understanding that the pipe will not be 100� cleaned when the job is completed. During our inspection of the job, we discussed with you the oost of doing this kind of a project and not knowing haw it was going to work, that the city might want to do it on an hourly rate instead of a oontract price. Therefore, I've included that rate also. Contract price would be $17,760.00 or the hourly rate of $295.00.
