10.5 The Owner and the Architect agree in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement that: <br /> �0.5.1 IF THE SCOPE of the Project or of the ArchitecYs services is changed materially, the amounts of compensa- <br /> tion shall be equitably adjusted. <br /> 10.5.2 IF THE SERVICES covered by this Agreement have not been completed within S 1 X <br /> ( 6 ) months of the date hereof, through no fault of the Architect, the amounts oT compensation, rates <br /> and multiples set forth herein shall be equitably adjusted. <br /> ARTICLE 11 <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS <br /> 11.1 No reimbursable expenses shall be billed unless approved by the Owner. <br /> 11.2 Architect shall complete services covered by this Agreement within ten (10) <br /> weeks after authorization to proceed. <br /> 11.2 The Architect will comply with "Equal Employment Opportunity Clause" <br /> attached as Exhibit "A" (2 pages). <br /> 11.3 The Architect will comply. with the Copeland "Anti-Kickback Act" attached <br /> as Exhibit "B" (5 pages) . <br /> 11.4 The Architect shall carry Workmen's Compensation and Occupational Diseases <br /> �nsurance, as well as Public Liability Insurance in such amounts and with <br /> insurance companies satisfactory to Owner. Certificates of insurance <br /> coverage shall be furnished to Owner prior to proceeding with the work. <br /> � Furthermore, Architect shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless against <br /> any and all claims and liabilities which may be asserted or arise against <br /> Owner in favor of any of Architect's or Owner's employees for any injuries <br /> (.includ�ng death) arising out of or in connection with the performance of <br /> the work contemplated hereunder and caused by the negligence of Architect <br /> or Architect's employees. <br /> 11.5 The OWNER, wherever used in this Agreement, shall mean the Program <br /> Coordinator for the Building Survey covered by this Agreement, not the <br /> legal owner of the buildings surveyed. <br /> This Agreement entered into as of the day and year first written above. <br /> OWNER .
