 . , , .
A letter report will be prepared discussing the peak flows
From the system and the adequacy of the Sanitary District ' s Oak
Grove Interceptor. Manhole data such as
the flow; the number, size and location of lines; the condition of
barrel , casting, and lid will be recorded. All the sewers will be
smoke tested. After review of the preliminary
report, we will consult with the City and Sanitary District to
determine the extent of activities in Phase III.
Phase III
This phase will involve more detail data collection by tech-
niques such as dye testing, ditch flooding, cleaning and televising
sewers and house services. Because of the expense of these methods
of investigation, the scope of Phase III will be decided upon after
evaluating the data collected during the first two phases. ',I
Phase IV i
The final phase will involve preparing a final report. The
report will tabulate the results of our investigations, summarize
our findings, and present our conclusions on the feasibility of I
reducing inflow.
