TERMINATION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement ma,v be terminated upon anv one of the <br /> following : <br /> a ) By mutual agreement of both parties ; <br /> b) By decision of CITY to discontinue ( I/I ) stud,y; <br /> c ) By decision of DISTRICT to discontinue ( I/I ) stud�. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Sanitary District of Decatur and the <br /> Cit,y of Decatur, both of Macon County, Illinois, have her.eunto <br /> affixed their respective hands and seals the 29th day of <br /> January 1991 , the execution of this Agreement being by and <br /> , <br /> under the approval of each respective governing body. <br />
