. - <br /> ' � which will be conducted promptly by the staff of the City and the Decatur <br /> Industry and Technology Center, under the terms and conditions set forth <br /> herein. <br /> 3. Richland will provide funds to the City equal to the amount of the dollar grant <br /> from DCCA to be paid in one lump sum upon receipt of the funds from <br /> DCCA, <br /> 4. The City agrees to use the appropriated DCCA funds in the manner for which <br /> the grant proposal indicates, and that there will be no deviations from the <br /> proposed budget unless they are first approved by the SBDC Business <br /> Specialist, <br /> 5. The City will abide by all the reporting guidelines of the Department of <br /> Commerce and Community Affairs, said guidelines requiring the presentation <br /> of monthly expenditure reports, monthly itemization of match reports, monthly <br /> indicator reports, monthly characteristics of clients served reports, monthly <br /> screened client listing reports for business start-ups, monthly screened client <br /> listing reports for in-process businesses, said reports due within ten days of the <br /> end of each month. End of the program reports, and close-out package reports <br /> due July 15th. <br /> 6. 1'he City agrees to make any changes in reports as required by DCCA and <br /> agrees to forward a copy of all of these reports to the SBDC Business <br /> Specialist at Richland at the time they are mailed to DCCA, <br /> 7. The City agrees to be responsible for all aspects of the three phases of the <br /> Self- Employment Training Program to include the following: <br />
