. � <br /> � - '� . • � <br /> AGREII�1� <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into by DECATUR METROPOLITAN <br /> EXPOSITION, AUDITORIUM AND OFFICE BUILDING AUTHORITY, a unit of <br /> local government, Decatur, Illinois (r'Authority") , and, the CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of <br /> the State of illinois ( "City") . <br /> WHEREAS, the City is renovating certain parking facilities <br /> owned by it and during such period of renovation, the City <br /> desires to temporarily acquire parking spaces in Authority <br /> facilities for use by the parking patrons and customers of the <br /> City ( "City parking patrons and customers") who are using the <br /> City facilities which are to be renovated; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to temporarily use parking <br /> facilities on the parking lot ( "parking lot") operated by the <br /> Authority (bovnded by Franklin, North, Broadway and Williams <br /> Streets, Decatur, Illinois) and in the parking garage ( "parking <br /> garage") of the Authority (bounded by William, Jackson and <br /> Prairie Streets and the main facility of the U.S. Post Office <br /> located in Decatur, Illinois) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto have reached an agreement as <br /> expressed herein pertaining to the terms and conditions under <br /> which the parking facilities of the Authority may be used <br /> temporarily by the City. <br />
