• � �� , • � <br /> any part of Section A of the parking lot under the terms of this <br /> Agreement on Tuesday, April 14, 1992 and Friday, May 1, 1992 . <br /> 5. Consideration. <br /> (a) Parking Lot. For use by the City of the parking lot as <br /> described herein, the City shall pay to the Authority the <br /> following: the sum of $2,085.00 on or before March 31, 1992; the <br /> sum of $2, 700 .00, per month, payable on the last day of April, <br /> Ma and June 1992 . <br /> Y • <br /> (b) Parking Garage. For use by the City of the parking � <br /> garage as described herein, the City shall pay to the Authority <br /> the following: the svm of $1,390.00 on or before March 31, 1992; <br /> the sum of $1, 800 .00, per month, payable on the last day of <br /> April, May and June, 1992 . <br /> (c) Expenses . In the event the use by the City of the <br /> parking lot or parking garage, for the purpose herein stated, <br /> shall cause expense to be incurred other than the normal expenses <br /> incurred by the Authority in the operation or maintenance of the <br /> parking lot or parking garage, the City agrees to either provide <br /> the additional labor or materials or other expense required or to <br /> pay to the Authority reimbursement of such expense, provided <br /> however, no expense shall be incurred by the Authority for such <br /> purpose without the cost of such expense having been approved <br /> prior to its incurrence by the Authority. <br /> -4- <br />
