However, Owner <br /> agree� that this date, Decem'eer 31., I993 , may be extended beeause <br /> of acts or neglects of �he can,txactor, adverse weather <br /> con��itions, �abor disputes or other causes beyond the control of <br /> the City. <br /> 15 . The City plans to, and will extend , M�ztin Luther <br /> Kin�� Drive to Hickory Point Road when area developm�nt warrants <br /> tha�_ extension. <br /> 15 . The prvvisions of this agreement shall supersede �he <br /> pro•visions of any ordinance, code or regulation of the City which <br /> may be in conflic� with the provisions of this agreement. • <br /> 17 .
