During the term of this Agreement, Plan Sponsor shall <br /> maintain a Bank Account or other account which is a <br /> separate and distinct for the deposit of Flexible <br /> Spending Account funds. <br /> B. The Plan Sponsor agrees that it will, in accordance <br /> with arrangements agreed to between the parties <br /> transfer to FDL funds sufficient for the payment of <br /> such drafts or checks. FDL shall have no obligation to <br /> issue or accept checks for benefit payments when said <br /> transfer of funds has not been made. <br /> VII. Administrative Service Charges <br /> A.
