All claims shall be <br /> paid under such terms and conditions which would have <br /> been applicable if this Agreement remained in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> F. Notwithstanding subparagraph E of this Paragraph, the <br /> Plan Sponsor shall be liable for all drafts or checks <br /> issued in payment of valid claims by FDL within the <br />' terms of this Agreement during the continuance of this <br /> Agreement and within a reasonable time following <br /> termination of this A reement. <br /> 9 <br /> G. Other than as set forth above in this Section IX, all <br /> duties and obligations of FDL shall cease upon <br /> termination of this Agreement. <br /> X. Records <br /> A. During the continuance of this Agreement and with 10 <br /> days written notice to FDL, the Plan Sponsor shall have <br /> the right to examine any records of FDL relating to <br /> benefit payments under the FSA and the issuing of <br />� checks for payment of benefits under the FSA, provided <br /> that any examination of individual benefit payment <br /> recorded shall be carried out in a manner agreed to <br /> between the parties hereto designed to protect the <br /> confidentiality of the individual 's medical <br /> information. <br /> B. In the event this Agreement terminates, claims forms <br /> and explanation of benefit documents shall be returned <br /> to the Plan Sponsor as soon as practicable. <br />
