The Grantee under this <br /> Grant Agreement is not a Designated Recipient. Therefore, the <br /> Designated Recipient, in accordance with the Federal Transit Act <br /> hereby agrees to permit the Grantee under this Grant Agreement to <br /> receive and dispense the Federal funds described in this Grant <br /> Agreement.
