NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br /> promises and obligations made and undertaken herein, the <br /> City and the other Taxing Districts hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. If the City approves the proposed <br /> redevelopment plan in substantially the form set out in <br /> Resolution No. R91-148, designates the RPA, and adopts tax <br /> increment allocation financing with respect thereto, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of the Act, on or before December <br /> 31, 1991, the City shall make the following payments to each <br /> of the Taxing Districts, including the City, from its <br /> special tax allocation fund established for such plan <br /> ("Fund") : <br /> (A) From January 1, 1992, through December <br /> 31, 2001, the City shall pay to each Taxing <br /> District annually, including the City, by December <br /> 31 of each year, from increment in the Fund and <br /> only from such moneys, an amount equal to 15� of <br /> the amount of taxes each such Taxing District, <br /> including the City, would have received from <br /> properties within the RPA for each such year but <br /> for the tax increment designation and at the tax <br /> rates in effect for each such year, but not to <br /> exceed those tax rates set forth in Exhibit 8 <br /> hereto. Such payments shall be based on and <br /> limited to the aforesaid percentage of the <br /> increment actually received by the City from the <br /> Macon County Treasurer during each such calendar <br />
