That the tabulations of bids received for City <br /> Project 8812 , Parking Garages Reconstruction - Garages "B" and <br /> "C" , and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2 . That the bid of Golf Corporation and J . L. <br /> Manta, Inc. , a Joint Venture, be accepted and a contract awarded, <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3 .
