RESOLUTION N0. R '— �� <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> 239 N. WATER STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That the donation by Andrea Dalton, Donna <br /> Terranella, Peter J. Ross, Andrew Adler and Roger Adler to the <br /> City of Decatur for premises located at 239 N. Water St. be, and <br /> the same is hereby, authorized and accepted subject to the <br /> procurement of a clear title commitment policy for said property. <br /> Section 2 .
