' b <br /> � ORDINANCE NO. _ r ^ <br /> , - _ <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - FAIRVIEW AVENUE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when signs are erected giving notice <br />' thereof, parking is hereby prohibited at all times on either <br />' side of Fairview Avenue from approximately 1 , 243 feet north <br /> of the Illinois Route 105 intersection northward 1 .502 miles <br /> to just south of Green Street. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall , <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 3 . That the provisions of all ordinances or <br /> parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said <br /> provisions be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
