RESOLUTION NO. R � — I � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION <br /> - CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL - <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur is applying to the State of <br /> Illinois for a Clean and Beautiful Program Grant; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that an application be made and <br /> agreements entered into with the State of Illinois. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the City apply for a Clean and Beautiful <br /> Program Grant to the State of Illinois . <br /> Section 2 . That the City Manager, on behalf of the City, <br /> shall execute all such necessary documents for the carrying out <br /> of said application, and the Council does hereby ratify and <br /> approve all such documents previously executed by said Officer. <br /> Section 3 . That the City Manager is further authorized to <br /> provide such additional information as may be required to <br /> accomplish the obtaining of such grant. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1991 . <br /> ry K.
