That the tabulation of bids received for City <br /> Project 9104 , City Street Maintenance, and presented herewith be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract between the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and Dunn Company, for said improvement <br /> for their bid price of $45 , 600 . 00 . <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1991. <br /> G y K.
