It is understood and agreed that the City may after the effective <br /> date of this agreement anc� during its term or extensions thereof adopt <br /> ordinances which may irr�ose greater, more or stricter requirements for <br /> collection vehicles or Contractor's personnel than are contained in this <br /> a�re�nent. In such event the Contractor shall corr�ly with such ordinance or <br /> ordinances in addition to tlie provisions of this agreement. It is expressly <br /> a�reed, however, that if City adopts hereafter an ordinance and as a direct <br /> result of which ordinance the C;ontractor incurs increased costs, then suci� <br /> increased costs actually incurred by contractor may be charged by Contractor <br /> to the City on a monthly basis and the City shall pay such costs with and in <br /> addition to the monthly paj�ments to be made pursuant to and subject to tr�e <br /> provisions of Section XI hereof. At the request of the City, Contractor shall <br /> deliver to the City paid receipts, invoices or other docixnents reasonably <br /> requested by the Recycling Coordinator evidencing such increased costs. <br /> SEGTI(�T VIII <br /> PERSC�TEL <br /> 8.1. Personnel en�aged in the collection of recyclable materials shall <br /> conduct the work in a neat and courteous manner, take reasonable care not to <br /> damage property or cause injury to persons, not perfoMn the work while <br /> consixnin� or under the influence of alcohol or illegally used controlled <br /> substances, and be duly and currenty licensed as required by applicable laws, <br /> 10 <br />
