, � • <br /> 9.2.1 In addition to the reports specified hereinabove in Subsections <br /> 9.1 and 9.2 the Contractor shall also provide to the City reports revealing <br /> the sale of recyclable materials including but not limited to reQorts <br /> containin� information on the price, type and weight of recyclable materials <br /> sold. These reports shall be sent to the City monthly with the reports <br /> described in Subsections 9.1 and 9.2 hereof. <br /> 9.3. The Rec�clino Coordinator and his or her agents and <br /> representatives, shall have the right, during norrr�l business hours, to <br /> exarline, inspect and copy ttne books and records of Contractor relating to the <br /> records and information to be kept or reported to the City pursuant to this <br /> Section IX and Subsection 9.1 herenf, and to the costs char�;ed to the City <br /> pursuant to Subsection 7.6 hereof. Such books and records shall be kept and <br /> made available to the Recyclino Coordinator, and his or her agents, at the <br /> request of the Recycling C;oordinator at the office of the Contractor <br /> maintained as provided in Subsection 4.1 hereof. <br /> 9.4. City shall i�e solely responsible for directing the Contractor in <br /> the marketing, distribution and disposal of recyclable rnaterials. Contractor <br /> a�rees and covenants, that in distributing or disposing of recyclable <br /> materials as defined herein, it will not deposit or cause to be deposited any <br /> recyclable materials in any landfill, or burn or cause to be burned any <br /> recyclable materials in any incinerator, or deposit �r distribute or cause to <br /> be deposited or distributed any recyclable matecials as defined herein in any <br /> way or manner which is contrary to any applicable law, statute, ordinance, <br /> rule or reoulation now or hereafter in force; this covenant shall survive the <br /> termination of the r�rsainder of this Agreanent, for a period of twenty (20) <br /> 12 <br />
