Contractor and the City will cooperate in developing a <br /> ecxr�prehensive ongoing promotional program to encourage participation in tne <br /> recycling program of the City. <br /> 10.2. As a part of sucl� promotional program, Contractor shall Qlan and <br /> prepare at its cost for review and approval b,� the Recycling Coordinator, and <br /> once approved by the Recyclin� Coordinator, shall distribute, deliver, <br /> pranote, conduct or publish, as the case may be, the following, all without <br /> cost or expense to the City or its residents, except as herein provided: <br /> (a) An information packet delivered with the container to each <br /> dwelling in the collection districts containing at least the <br /> following information; collection hours, district collection day for <br /> each dwellino, collection routes, the collection point and <br /> Contractor's policy regarding holidays and missed collections. Said <br /> information may be substantiall;� in the form of Exhibits "F" and "V" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> (b) A resonable ntanber of press releases for publication in the <br /> �ecatur Herald & Review, the Decatur `Tribune and the Voice; <br /> (c) At least one newspaper ad at the beginnino of this agreernent and <br /> at one ad six months thereafter for publication in the Decatur Herald <br /> & R.eview, Tribune and Voice; <br /> (d) Contractor will cooperate in a "kick-off" cermony for the <br /> recycling program. <br /> 14 <br />
