. <br /> , <br /> AC�F�IV�NI' ` <br /> i��tEAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "City", desires to hire Waste Recycling, Incorporated, a subsidiary of Waste ��r <br /> dE. <br /> Envirormental Services, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as : <br /> � <br /> "Contractor", to provide residential curb side recycling services defined <br /> herein; and, <br /> 4�I�EAS, Contractor desires to provide recycling collection services as <br /> defined herein; <br /> NC7W, 'II�REF�E, on thi s day of 1991, Ci ty and <br /> Contractor do hereby agree as follows: <br /> SDCTION I: DEFINITI(7NS <br /> For the purposes of this agre�nent, the following terms shall appl�: <br /> Collection Point: The curb of a street in front of the dwelling. <br /> (:ollection R.outes: The districts shown on the map of the City attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof subj-ect to change pursuant to <br /> Subsection 3.2 hereof. <br /> C:ollection Hours: C:ollection shall begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and <br /> be carpleted by 5:00 p.m. of the district collectioii day. <br /> Collection Yehicles: One-ton durip bed vehicles witt� recycling trailer of <br /> the kind and type as that shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof by tl�is reference, or such other vehicles as approved by the City, <br /> purchased by tne C;ontractor but suUject to approval by the City for collection <br /> of recyclable materials within the City. <br /> 1 <br />
