Recycling Coordinator: Person appointed by the City from time to time as <br /> Recycling Coordinator. In the absence of the Recycling Coordinator, the <br /> Planning Director shall act as Recycling C:oordinator, and in the absence of <br /> both the Recycling Coordinator and the Planning Director, the Assistant City <br /> Nlanager shall act as Recycling Coordinator. <br /> SDCI'I(rT II <br /> � <br /> (xIViV�b1E[�TT; 'I'ERLVI <br /> 2.1. The initial term of this agreement shall be for one year coamencing <br /> on October 1, 1991 and expire at midnight Septe�r�ber 30, 1992 unless earlier <br /> terminated as herein provided except as provided otherwise in Subsection 9.4 <br /> hereof. <br /> 2.2. The City may, at its sole discretion, extend this agre�nent two <br /> times, for a period of one year each time.
