The City may, at its discretion, revise <br /> the ntmber of Dwellings upon review as requested by the Contractor, or the <br /> City may, on its initiative, revise the nunber of said Dwellings upon thirty <br /> days notice to the Contractor and an opportunity for the Contractor to be <br /> heard on such matter. Any such revision shall be effective cam�encing for the <br /> next full month following the month in which the revision is made until any <br /> subsequent revision. <br /> 11.3. All payments to be made as required by Subsection 11.1 hereof <br /> shall be made ten working days after receipt by the City of the monthly <br /> reports required by Subsections 9.1 and 9.2 hereof. Pay�nent of increased cost <br /> to be made pursuant to Subsection 7.6 hereof shall be made ten working days <br /> after receipt of such docunents as the City may request pursuant to Subsection <br /> 7.6 to evidence such increased costs. <br /> 11.4. Any pa�nent due the Contractor under this Section XI shall be <br /> reduced by any liquidated damages due under Subsection 13.7 hereof, and by any <br /> costs and expenses, and interest thereon, due to the City pursuant to <br /> Subsection 13.3 hereof. <br /> 11.5.
