f. A statement that any allocation plan for allocating <br /> revenues and expenses to Illinois is in accordance <br /> with an approved plan; <br /> g. A statement that the calculation of the claims for <br /> Illinois participation in the deficit are presented <br /> fairly and accurately; and <br /> h. A statement that the following applicable laws and <br /> regulations are complied with: the Downstate Public <br /> Transportation Act, I11. Rev. Stat. , Ch. 111 2/3, par. <br /> 661, et sea. , as amended by P.A. 86-590; Civil <br /> Administrative Code of Illinois, Ch. 127, par. 49.19 <br /> I11. Rev. Stat. ; and the rules and regulations of the <br /> Illinois Department of Transportation. <br /> 6. If required, the report will include a separate reduced <br /> fare reimbursement grant schedule which includes: <br /> a. A certification that the methodology used for counting <br /> tickets, passes, and cash fares corresponds with the <br /> methodology submitted in the participant's application <br /> and accepted by IDOT; <br /> b. A certification that the calculation of the funds <br /> requested from the state on the basis of the number of <br /> tickets and passes sold and cash fares reported to <br /> IDOT is within an acceptable range of accuracy as <br /> determined by generally accepted accounting <br /> principles; and <br /> c. A statement of any overpayments by, and amounts due <br /> and payable to, the state. <br /> 10 <br />
