7 . At or before Settlement, Owners shall pay for, or given <br /> Buyer credit for, general real estate taxes for all prior years <br /> and for Owners ' pro-rata share of such taxes to the date of <br /> Possession. Owners shall further pay or give Buyer credit for <br /> all special assessments now a lien against the premises and all <br /> water or sewer bills or water main or sewer connection charges; <br /> if any, incurred and unpaid as of Settlement. <br /> 8 . Buyer shall be entitled to Possession by �Q 0 o'clock <br /> �.M. on ��/', 1 �� , 1991 . Owners shall be entitled to <br /> all crops harvested on or before the date of Possession. If the <br /> date of Possession is subsequent to the date of Settlement, then, <br /> for and in consideration of Buyer' s permitting Owners to so <br /> retain Possession, Owners hereby covenant and agree to indemnify <br /> and hold harmless Buyer from any and all losses, causes of <br /> action, damages or claims of any kind, whether for personal <br /> injury or property damage, accruing to Owners, or tenants of <br /> Owners, arising out of or related to Owners ' possession and use <br /> of the premises during said period. This covenant shall survive <br /> the deed, if applicable. <br /> 9 . Settlement shall be held on �c.�-t-�/ l 1991 at <br /> � , <br /> � � b0 � .M. in the City of Decatur Legal Department, Third <br /> Floor, One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, or at such <br /> other time and place as is mutually agreeable to the Owners and <br /> Buyer. <br />
