That the statements and intentions hereinabove <br /> set forth in the recitals are hereby fully incorporated and made <br /> a part of this Resolution as though fully set forth in this <br /> Section 1. <br /> Section 2. That City personnel and retained outside <br /> consultants are authorized and directed to conduct and conclude a <br /> final, definitive tax increment qualification survey and <br /> evaluation for the proposed Redevelopment Project Area, and the <br /> preparation of a Tax Increment Financing Plan and Project, if <br /> appropriate, the costs of which shall be reimbursed to the City <br /> from future tax increment funds, if any. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day Ju 19 1 . <br /> GARY K.
