-i- <br /> SUEGRANTEE AGREEMENT <br /> PART ONE <br /> PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br /> THIS AGREEMENT consisting of Part One, Part Two, and Exhibits, <br /> such parts attached hereto, and made a part hereof, and herein <br /> called the Agreement entered into this 21st day of <br /> May . 19 91 , by and between the Department of Com- <br /> munity Development, hereinafter called the DEPARTMENT, acting <br /> through, and in behalf of the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> Dove <br /> organized under the laws of the State of Illinois of <br /> the City of Decatur hereinafter called the SUEGRANTEE . <br /> * <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois has entered into an agree- <br />' ment with the U. S. Department of Hou�ing and Urban Development <br /> (HUD) for the purpose of conducting a Community Develapment <br /> Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) , with Federal <br /> financial assistance under Title I of the Housing and Community <br /> Development Act of 1974 (hereinafter called Act) , <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development, acting through <br /> and in behalf of the City of Decatur, Illinois , desires to engage <br /> the Subgrantee to render certain services in connection there- <br /> with: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows : <br /> I.
