RESOLUTION NO. R �/-� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - JAMES C. BACON, JR. - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and James C. Bacon, Jr. , <br /> providing for the modification of the terms of his employment as <br /> City Manager, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
