RESOLUTION N0. R � /� � � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT <br /> - ILLINOIS POWER COMPANY - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the easement presented to the Council <br /> herewith to Illinois Power Company for the erection of street <br /> lights through property commonly known as Fairview Park be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> easement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of Ap il 1991. <br /> a y K.
