That the agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the State of Illinois, Department of Transporta- <br /> tion and the City providing for widening Illinois Route 105 (Lake <br /> Shore Drive) , resurfacing and modernization of traffic signals at <br /> the intersection of Lake Shore Drive and Jasper Street, be, and <br /> the same is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
