That the agreement for water service outside of <br /> the corporate limits presented to the Council herewith, between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , and the owner of premises commonly <br /> known as 2525 East Mound Road, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
