In the event this proposal is <br /> selected for funding, $155 ,650 will be passed through to the <br /> Decatur Park District. <br /> I hereby certify that the City of Decatur will comply with <br /> all NPS requirements for UPARR grants and that in the event of <br /> default by the Decatur Park District, the City of Decatur is com- <br /> mitted to, and has the legal authority and fiscal capacity to as- <br /> sume full responsibility for all provisions of the grant; and <br /> further certify that the property improved or developed with <br /> UPARR assistance will remain dedicated to public recreation. <br /> The funds to be used as a matching share for this grant will <br /> come from Decatur Park District funds and have been authorized by <br /> motion of Decatur Park District Board of Commissioners on <br /> February 4 , 1991 . <br /> William L.
