1 <br /> , • • Page 3 , I <br /> of settlement upon the basis of the most current tax <br /> information available at the time of Settlement. I <br /> 5. Owner warrants that he owns and hereby sells all ' <br /> fixtures and equipment on and attached to the premises , <br /> including but not limited to the gas heating units, I' <br /> plumbing, and all windows and doors. <br /> 6 . The agreed purchase price of the property described <br /> herein is $6,000.00. The Buyer shall make payment in <br /> full at the time of Settlement. ' <br /> 7. The Owner shall be permitted to occupy the premises, ', <br /> without charge, until April 1, 1991 . I <br /> 8 .
