L <br />, � . <br /> ` main and sewer connection charges incurred and unpaid <br /> Credit to Bu er for eneral real <br /> as of Settlement. y 9 <br /> estate taxes not yet payable shall be computed to date <br /> of settlement upon the basis of the most current tax <br /> information available at the time of Settlement. <br /> 5 . Owner and Contract Buyer warrant that they own and <br /> hereby sell all fixtures and equipment on and attached <br /> to the premises including but not limited to the gas <br /> heating units, plumbing, and all windows and doors. <br /> 6. The agreed purchase price of the property described <br /> herein is $62,000.00. The Buyer shall make payment in <br /> full at the time of Settlement. <br /> 7. The Contract Buyer shall be permitted to occupy the <br /> premises, without charge, until April 1, 1991 . <br /> 8 . During the period that the Contract Buyer continues to <br /> occupy said property, the Seller shall pay all expenses <br /> associated with the maintenance and upkeep of the <br /> property, including, but not limited to, water, gas, <br /> electricity, cleaning, security, insurance, and related <br /> costs. In addition, the Seller shall assume all <br /> liability connected with the Seller's extended occupan- <br /> cy and the Seller shall hold the Buyer harmless for any <br /> and all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every <br /> kind that may arise or result by reason of, growing out <br /> of, or connected with its occupancy of said property. <br /> The Seller, shall, at Seller' s own expense, defend all <br /> suits that may be brought against Buyer on account of, <br />
