The Grantee under this <br /> Grant Agreement is not a Designated Recipient. Therefore, the <br /> Designated Recipient, in accordance with the Urban Mass <br /> Transportation Act or 1964, as amended, hereby agrees to permit <br /> the Grantee under this Grant Agreement to receive and dispense the <br /> Federal funds described in this Grant Agreement.
