That those properties commonly known as 2663 <br /> East Locust and 2131 East Lincoln be conveyed to those persons <br /> who contracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur <br /> through the City' s Homestead Program, the Council finding that <br /> the provision o� said contract have been substantially complied <br /> with by s�aid parties, copies of which are attached hereto and <br /> hereby made a part hereof, <br /> SECTION 2 .
