Page 4 <br /> liability connected with the Seller' s extended occupan- <br /> cy and the Seller shall hold the Buyer harmless for any <br /> and all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every <br /> kind that may arise or result by reason of, growing out <br /> of, or connected with its occupancy of said property. <br /> The Seller, shall, at Seller' s own expense, defend all <br /> suits that may be brought against Buyer on account of, <br /> or in connection with, or by reason of any damage or <br /> injury to life, limb or property connected with, <br /> growing out of or caused by the Seller' s occupancy of <br />; the premises from the date of Settlement to March 1, <br /> 1991. <br /> 9 . No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United <br /> States shall be admitted to any share or part of this <br /> contract or to any benefit arising therefrom. <br /> 10. No member, officer, or employee of the Buyer, during <br /> his tenure or for one year thereafter, shall have any <br /> interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or the <br /> proceeds thereof. <br /> 11 .
