R � � r I yS� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYRNCE <br /> OF TWO HOMESTEAD PROPERTIES <br /> EE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, IL- <br /> LINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1 . That those properties commonly known as 668 West <br /> Harrison and 355 South Crea be conveyed to those persons who con- <br /> tracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur through <br /> the City' s Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provi- <br /> sion of said contract have been substantially complied with by <br /> said parties , copies of which are attached hereto and r.ereby made <br /> a part hereof, <br /> SECTION 2 .
