RESOLUTION NO. R�_� � �P <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> - NEW LIFE ALLIANCE CHURCH - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Annexation Agreement submitted to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and New Life <br /> Alliance Church, regarding the City's annexation of approximately <br /> 11 acres at the northeast corner of Arbor Drive and Oakland <br /> Avenue, and legally described on Exhibit A of said Agreement, be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Annexation Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of Nov r, 1990. <br /> RY K.
