- - � �� �����3sz �'1 <br /> , <br /> ` ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> �liUi��L�'i.iV `P����Ji.� <br /> This Annexation Agreement made by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation ("City") and New Life <br /> Alliance Church of Decatur, ("the Church") . <br /> WHEREAS, the Church is the owner of the following described <br /> premises: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HF.RETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> ("Premises") , <br /> which Premises are outside of the corporate limits of the City <br /> but contiguous thereto; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Church desires to annex said Premises to the <br /> City, hut only upc:. certu�n terms and condi{.:ions; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City agrees that said terms and conditions, as <br /> contained herein, are reasonable and acceptable; and, <br /> WHEREAS, hearings have been held and notice given as <br /> required by law. <br /> NOW, TEERWFQRE, fer and in consideration of the mutual <br /> promises and obligations made and assumed herein, and pursuant to <br /> the authority of I11. Rev. Stat. 1989, Ch. 24 , para. 11-15. 1-1 et <br /> seq. , the City and the Church agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Church shall file an annexation petition with the <br /> City, in compliance with I11. Rev. Stat. 1989, Ch. 24, para. I <br /> 7-1-8, said petition to describe the Premises and to request that <br /> the same be annexed to and included within the corporate limits <br />
