<br /> ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
<br /> MACON COUNTY SECTION 90-00119-00-PV
<br /> This Addendum is entered into by and between the State of Illinois acting through
<br /> its Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the STATE, Macon County of
<br /> the State of Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and the City of Decatur of
<br /> the State of Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the CITY.
<br /> WHEREAS, the cost of constructing the proposed improvement has increased a
<br /> substantial amount over the preliminary estimates necessitating revision of the division
<br /> of cost portion of the joint agreement entered into by the COUNTY, CITY, and STATE on
<br /> October 15, 1990.
<br /> BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED that the revised division of cost shall be as follows:

<br /> The preceding costs are approximate and subject to change. The actual costs incurred by
<br /> the COUNTY will be used for billing or reimbursement.
<br /> BE IT FURTHER AGREED that all remaining provisions of the original agreement not
<br /> altered by this Addendum shall remain in full force and effect and the Addendum shall be
<br /> binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and
<br /> assigns.
