Bauer,Assistant City Manager for Administration <br /> James Edwards, Manager, MIS Division <br /> SUBJECT: Annual Maintenance Agreement for Incode Soflware <br /> SUMMARY RECOMN�NDATION: <br /> Staff recommends that City Council approve the attached resolution, authorizing the City <br /> Manager to renew the annual software maintenance agreement for the Incode Court Case <br /> Management Suite with Tyler Technologies. Inc. <br /> BACKGROUND: Council previously approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. <br /> for the City to use their Incode Court Case Management Suite software for the <br /> Administrative Code Enforcement System("ACES"). The annual soflware maintenance fee <br /> is based upon the initial contract cost, and it covers both support for the software and <br /> licensing updates. The period covered is September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017. The <br /> Incode Court Case Management Suite is used by City Legal, Neighborhood Services, and <br /> Finance Departments for municipal court administration.
