RESOLUTION NO. R2016-96 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH TYROLT INC., <br /> D/B/A DUNN COMPANY FOR STREET RESTORATION, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2016-08 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2016-08, Street <br /> Restoration project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Tyrolt, Inc., d1b/a Dunn Company be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Dunn Company and the City of Decatur is <br /> for a total amount not to exceed $1,130,000; which includes $1,047,740.80 in State Motor Fuel <br /> Tax funds, $28,600 in Water Main Replacement funds, $10,181.70 in Contracted Street Repairs <br /> funds, $31,350 in Sewer funds, and $12,127.50 in Storm Water funds; and known as Section No. <br /> 16-00608-00-FP. <br /> Section 3.
