That committee co <br /> nsists of the <br /> Y <br /> Director of the Department of Community Development, the Director <br /> of Planning, and the Mass Transit Administrator. The selection of <br /> a consultant will be determined by the c�iteria contained in the <br /> evaluation form shown in the Appendix. <br /> The person directing and coordinating the study at the local <br /> level will be the Mass Transit Administrator, who does the <br /> transit planning and administers the capital programs for the <br /> transit system. The Resident Manager, Maintenance <br /> Superintendent, Transportation Superintendent, Office Manager <br /> and other DPTS staff inembers will provide input for their <br /> respective functional areas. <br /> After completion of the various tasks outlined in the wor;c <br /> program, the consultant will prepare 15 copies of a draft final <br /> report, which will contain the findings, analysis, alternatives, <br /> and recommendations from a1.1 the aforesaid tasks.
