of Decatur and that no payment adjustment shall be made to the <br /> ICMA Retirement Corporation Deferred Compensation Plan by either <br /> the City or the Employee. The deferred compensation required by <br /> this paragraph shall be in addition to that compensation required <br /> by the terms of paragraph 4 hereof. <br /> 8 . ) AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE. The Employee shall receive an <br /> automobile allowance of $425 .00 per month. This allowance shall <br /> compensate the Employee for the use of his personal automobile in <br /> the course of City business and shall be paid in lieu of mileage <br /> or any other method of reimbursement. <br /> 9 . ) OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSE. The City shall reimburse the <br /> Employee for all other employment-related expenses , subject to <br /> administrative policies concerning each, as currently existing or <br /> as amended, such expenses including, but not limited to, the <br /> following: air travel; taxi and auto rental; lodging; meals; <br /> memberships and subscriptions to the publications of the <br /> International City Management Association and the Illinois City <br /> Management Association; registration fees for training programs <br /> offered by such organizations; and travel a.nd incidental costs <br /> relating to attendance at such programs or the conferences and <br /> meetings of such organizations. It is specifically understood <br /> that such activities are to be undertaken by the Employee, at his <br /> option, but at the request of the City, and shall be considered <br /> as part of the Employee' s duties. The Employee shall be <br /> reimbursed for such other expenses as the City shall approve by <br /> motion passed by its City Council. <br /> 10 . ) GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS.
