another location outside of the City of Decatur, provided that <br /> said sale is within a reasonable period of time following said <br /> termination. <br /> 15 . ) TERMINATION BY EMPLOYEE. The Employee may terminate <br /> this Agreement at any time by giving thirty (30) days written <br /> notice to the City Clerk of such date of termination. <br /> 16 . ) RELOCATION ASSISTANCE. The Employee shall be <br /> reimbursed for all direct costs relating to the move of his <br /> current residence to his residence in Decatur, Illinois, plus <br /> closing costs associated with that move. The Employee shall move <br /> within the corporate limits of Decatur no later than December 31 , <br /> 1988 . <br /> 17 . ) SUPPORT FOR HOUSING OF EMPLOYEE WHILE EMPLOYED BY <br /> CITY. The City acknowledges the difficult in obtaining new <br /> mortgage financing for the Employee ' s residence which includes an <br /> interest rate at or near his present residential mortgage. The <br /> City hereby agrees to assist the Employee in obtaining the lowest <br /> possible rate for his mortgage, provided that the City is not <br /> required hereby to make any financial contribution to accomplish <br /> that objective. <br /> 18 . ) ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS AFFORDED OTHER CITY <br /> OFFICIALS. Except for the benefit categories indicated in <br /> previous sections of this agreement, the Employee shall receive <br /> the same employment benefits as are provided to other City <br /> management employees. <br /> 19 . ) RENEWAL. The City and Employee may meet to discuss <br /> renewal of this Agreement at any time during its term. <br /> 20 . ) AMENDMENTS. Al1 attempted amendments of this <br />
