RESOLUTION NO. O `� �J <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> CITY PROJECT 8809 <br /> LANDMARK MALL REHABILITATION <br /> PHASE I - DEMOLITION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the tabulation of bids received for City <br /> Project 8809, Landmark Mall Rehabilitation - Phase I - Demoli- <br /> tion, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Mid-States General & Mechanical <br /> Contracting Corp. , be accepted and a contract awarded, accord- <br /> ingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract between the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and Mid-States General & Mechanical <br /> Contracting Corp. , for said improvement for their bid price of <br /> $30 , 700. 00 . <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1990. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
