� � ►� �"/ b - � `� <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> a municipal corporation ("City") and the Sanitary District of <br /> Decatur, an Illinois municipal corporation, ( "District") . <br /> WHEREAS, the City, under Project 9026 , will be constructing <br /> new pavement on Dipper Lane from West Main Street to the property <br /> line of the District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the District wish for such <br /> construction for the benefit of each party. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual <br /> promises and obligations made and assumed hereunder, the City and <br /> District agree as follows: <br /> 1 . The City will construct, or cause to be constructed, new <br /> pavement on Dipper Lane from West Main Street to the District' s <br /> property line, according to the standards established for such by <br /> the City. <br /> 2. The engineering firm of Bainbridge, Gee and Milanski <br /> shall provide the project design, and a contract providing such <br /> shall be entered into with said firm by the City. <br /> 3 . The District shall be responsible for forty-five percent <br /> (45�) of the total cost of Project 9026, including engineering <br /> and construction costs; the City shall be responsible for the <br /> remaining fifty-five percent (55�) of the total cost. <br /> 4 . The District shall receive and be granted a credit <br /> towards its pro rata share of the total project costs in the <br /> amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) for engineering design <br />
