�' �U�'7� <br /> f. • i . <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the promises, covenants, agree- <br /> ments and conditions hereinafter set forth to be performed, kept <br /> and met by the respective parties hereto, this Agreement is made <br /> by and between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, hereinafter re- <br /> ferred to as Lessor, and MACON RESOURCES, INC. , a not for profit <br /> corporation, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE, as follows: <br /> 1 . This Agreement shall become and be effective as of July <br /> 1, 1990 , and shall continue in effect until July 1 , <br /> 1991: thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in <br /> effect from year to year, or until one party or the <br /> other shall give notice of its intention and desire to <br /> terminate the same, not less than ninety (90) days (or <br /> by March 31) prior to the first day of July in the year <br /> in which it is sought to cause said termination. <br /> 2 . Commencing with the first day of the term of this <br /> Agreement and continuing through the duration thereof, <br /> the LESSOR agrees to lease two (2) 1973 GMC transit <br /> coaches to the LESSEE for transportation of its cli- <br /> ents. <br /> 3 . Each of the two 1973 GMC coaches shall be leased for <br /> approximately three (3) hours daily, Monday thru <br /> Friday, for a minimum of 240 days annually. <br /> 4 . LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS: The LESSEE is leasing the 2 <br /> vehicles so that it may transport its clients and <br /> establish standard arrival and departure times for <br />
