The LESSEE's drivers shall inspect the � <br /> coaches each morning before pull-out to <br /> insure that the lights, wipers, brakes, <br /> turning signals and other systems are in <br /> proper working condition. Any defects shall <br /> be reported to transit system maintenance I <br /> personnel. , <br /> G. The LESSEE, or its employees, shall pick up � <br /> the coaches each day at the facilities of the I <br /> Decatur Public Transit System at 61 and 100 <br /> Industry Court and shall return them to the <br /> same location. <br /> H. The LESSEE shall provide adequate insurance <br /> and shall assume all liability associated <br /> with its operation of the leased coaches. <br /> The insurance contract shall protect both the <br /> LESSEE and LESSOR against any claim, demand <br />, or loss for injury to persons or damage to <br /> property resulting from, growing out of or <br /> connected with the operation of said coaches <br /> or any act or omissions to act by LESSEE or <br /> any of LESSEE' s employees which said con- <br /> tracts of insurance shall provide comprehen- <br /> sive general liability insurance which <br /> includes Bodily Injury and Property Damage <br />
